These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ArewaFlix, operated by Vehance Technologies Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using ArewaFlix, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ArewaFlix.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activities occurring under your account

We reserve the right to disable accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription & Payment

ArewaFlix may offer:

  • Free access (limited)

  • Paid subscriptions (via airtime, DCB, or banking channels)

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Any unauthorized charge disputes must be reported within 7 days.

4. Content Ownership & Licensing

All content (movies, series, artwork, etc.) is:

  • Owned by ArewaFlix or licensed from content creators

  • Protected by copyright and intellectual property laws

Users are granted personal, non-commercial, limited access to stream only.

Strictly prohibited:

  • Downloading without permission

  • Copying, redistributing, public display or sharing with others

  • Using VPN/proxies to bypass territorial restrictions

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

  • Attempt to hack or bypass app security

  • Share paid subscription accounts

  • Upload unauthorized copyrighted content

  • Use the service for illegal or harmful activities

Violation may result in permanent account ban and legal action.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

  • 24/7 uptime

  • Compatibility with every device

  • Continuous availability of all titles (licensing restrictions)

We may update features or suspend service for maintenance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe:

  • You violated these Terms

  • You engaged in fraud or piracy

You may also stop using ArewaFlix at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after updates means acceptance of new Terms.

9. Disclaimer

ArewaFlix is provided on an “as-is” basis.
We are not liable for:

  • Internet issues

  • Device compatibility

  • Loss of data or interruptions

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria and applicable international regulations.
